I DO NOT condone ANY of my work being used in any block-chain related endeavor. This includes NFT's, cryptocurrency, or any other technological inventions within this realm.

I DO NOT condone ANY of my work being used for any contributions towards AI generators/any AI related projects.

Any completed pieces will be emailed directly to the client in order to maintain the full quality of the piece.

If the client plans on posting their commission anywhere online, they MUST properly credit me when posting my art on any platform.

I reserve the right to turn down any commission request. Reasons for doing so may vary.

I ONLY accept PayPal.

I ONLY accept full up front payments or a partial 50% before I begin the commission process. I do not begin a client's commission until I receive either of those.

Rush orders are considered orders that are requested to be done within the next 3 days of submitting a request. I charge an extra +$10 USD for rush orders.

Any major changes (pose change, hair style change, larger scale details) that the client would like to make are all free during the sketch phase.

Once the client and I have left the sketch phase, any major changes will cost +$5 USD.

Without a specified deadline, commissions generally take anywhere between 2 days (at absolute minimum) and 3 weeks (at absolute maximum) to finish.

If you have a specific deadline for your commission request, please let me know ASAP when we discuss logistics for your commission.

Absolutely NO RESELLING/REDISTRIBUTING the commissioned piece.

The client MAY NOT claim my art/their commissioned piece as their own creation.

Once again, the client MUST credit me when posting my work on any public profile and/or social platform/website.

Unless the client and I discuss that their commission is for commercial use, their commission is for personal use ONLY!

If the client wishes to use their commission for commercial use, it will cost twice the total amount of the original price.

If you are unsure if your commission would be considered as commercial use, please contact me with any questions!

If I have not started a sketch after 7 days of the initial payment being sent, I will give a 100% refund.

If I miss a deadline and am unable to continue the commission, I will give a 100% refund.

If I miss a deadline but am still able to continue the commission, I will give a 50% refund and will finish the piece.

Completed work can NOT be refunded.

I do not do refunds under any other circumstances currently.
